 Do the gift cards have expiry dates?

The gift cards do not have expiry dates. 

Do you ship outside Canada?

We do not ship outside Canada, however with our national shipping partners we have excellent coverage from coast to coast in Canada.

Where do you get your gift cards?

We get original plastic gift cards directly from the national merchants.  The cards are branded by the merchants, not by Progressive Gift Cards.  See our current merchant gift card list.  

Can I exchange or return gift cards?

All sales are final.  We will not return or exchange the gift cards unless there was an error caused by us.  If there was an error caused by us, please contact us by email or phone and we will make arrangements for an exchange at our cost.

Can I customize the gift cards?

You cannot customize the cards at this time.  We get the gift cards directly from the merchant as determined by the merchant and do not alter the cards after they have arrived to us.

What happens if a package does not arrive?

If the package does not arrive we are not responsible for regular mail packages.  If the regular mail package is returned based on incomplete or incorrect information by the purchaser, the purchaser will be responsible to pay another shipping charge to get the package re-delivered.  If the package was sent by Express Post or Purolator we are responsible for the package until it is signed for by the receiver.  If an Express Post package or a Purolator package does not arrive within a reasonable time, solely determined by Progressive Gift Cards, we will replace the package at no charge to you.

Who can place an order with Progressive Gift Cards?

You must be a sole proprietor, partnership or corporation to order from Progressive Gift Cards. 

Where can one use the gift cards?

You can use the gift cards across Canada at all merchant locations.  The gift cards cannot be used outside Canada.

Is there a minimum amount that must be ordered?

There is no minimum order that must be ordered.

Any there any costs to sign up our company to place an order?

There are absolutely no costs to sign-up your company to place an order with Progressive Gift Cards.
