Download our order form in a format of your choice. Fill out the electronic version or print it and complete it by hand, whichever is most convenient for you.

When you have filled out your order form simply email it to: orders@progiftcards.ca or fax it to 1-888-367-9570 (in the Vancouver area please fax it to 604-267-9578). You will receive an invoice within four business hours of us receiving your order.
Payment Options

We accept payment by Visa, Master Card or company cheque.
Credit Card Payments: For credit card payments call Progressive at 1-888-267-9570 (or in the Vancouver area phone 604-267-9570).
Note: No personal cheques accepted. Certified cheque required for orders of $5000 or more.
Shipping Options
Details:
Orders will be shipped out within one business day of receiving payment. If you have special delivery requirements or need something sooner, please be sure to call our customer service department before ordering.
Orders can be shipped by the following means for the following costs, plus applicable taxes (GST or HST). Orders of $500 or more must go by Express Post or Purolator so the order can be signed for upon delivery.
Canada Post Lettermail - $5.00
3-7 business days. Progressive is not responsible for lost or stolen Lettermail deliveries.
Canada Post XpressPost - $29.00
2-3 business days. Signature Required. Necessary for PO Box deliveries of $500 or more. Progressive is responsible for the delivery until the package is signed for by the receiver.
Purolator Express - $29.00
Next day delivery for most locations within Canada. Signature Required. Progressive is responsible for the delivery until the package is signed for by the receiver.
